NY State MLS introduces NY State PRO - Property Records Online
Looking for New York State Wide Property Tax Records - at an affordable price? New York State's first Statewide Multiple Listing Service is now offering State Wide Property Tax records called NY State PRO. Need to know assessment information for a property in New York - check with the PRO. Premium members get free, unlimited access to PRO for only $150 per year (introductory offer, good for a limited time only) but signing up locks in your access to State Wide PRO - Property Records Online for a whole year. Similar services cost hundreds of dollars a month, but with this introductory offer to NY State MLS, licensed real estate professionals can gain this access for only $150 for the entire year.
And coming soon, PRO will be available on a pay per look up basis to basic members.
You must be a New York State licensed sales person, broker or appraiser to qualify for membership to NY State MLS - but PRO will soon be available as a stand alone service - so stay tuned.
